Planning With DreamzKrraft
The first step is a conversation. Reach out through the contact page, call our office, or message us on WhatsApp with your wedding date, location and approximate guest count. We will schedule an initial consultation — either in person at our Mumbai studio or virtually — where we spend time understanding your vision, your family's priorities and the kind of experience you want to create. From there, we present a tailored proposal that outlines the scope of work, creative direction and investment. We do not rush this process — the first conversation is as important as the wedding day itself.
Three things: our production infrastructure, our creative heritage and our in-house team. Our Founder and Managing Director, Sundeep C Sidhwaani, spent years as a Bollywood set designer on productions including Rock On!, Don, Delhi Belly, Talaash and Made In Heaven. That discipline — building complete worlds at scale, on deadline — defines how DreamzKrraft approaches every wedding. Unlike most companies that outsource fabrication and décor, we build everything ourselves in a 60,000 sq.ft. production warehouse in Mumbai, with 40+ in-house professionals across design, fabrication, floral, lighting and planning. This means we control quality at every stage. After 25 years and 3,500+ weddings, that difference is visible in the result.
We do not publish a fixed minimum, as every wedding is quoted individually based on scope, guest count, number of events and destination. What we can say is that DreamzKrraft works at the premium end of the market — our clients typically have celebrations that span multiple days, multiple venues and significant production requirements. If you are considering a smaller or more intimate celebration, we are happy to have an initial conversation and be transparent about whether we are the right fit for your budget and vision.
Yes. DreamzKrraft has produced weddings across destinations internationally, including Dubai, Bahrain, Georgia, Turkey, Portugal, Sri Lanka and across Southeast Asia. Our team travels with the production — we do not hand off to local vendors and step back. The same creative and coordination team that works on your design in Mumbai manages the execution on the ground, wherever the celebration is held. For international weddings, we work closely with local venue partners and logistics teams while retaining full creative control.
For multi-day or destination weddings, we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months in advance. This gives us time to secure your preferred venue dates, develop a considered design concept and allow the production team adequate lead time for bespoke fabrication. For weddings in peak season — particularly November through February in India — dates fill quickly and earlier engagement is advisable. That said, we have produced exceptional weddings in shorter timelines when the scope allows. Contact us with your dates and we will be honest about what is feasible.
We deliberately limit the number of weddings we take on simultaneously. Each wedding receives a dedicated team — a lead creative director, a planning lead and a production manager — rather than being managed by a rotating pool of coordinators. This is a founding principle of the studio: every family deserves the senior team's full attention, not a fraction of it. We will always be transparent during our initial conversation about our availability and current bookings.
Yes — and this is one of the things that sets us apart. DreamzKrraft is not a coordination company that sources vendors and manages timelines. We are a full production house. Our 60,000 sq.ft. warehouse in Mumbai houses our fabrication, floral, lighting and prop teams. Mandap structures, stage designs, large-scale floral installations, branded stationery, welcome boxes, entertainment programming — all of it comes from our in-house team. This means we are not dependent on external vendors for the elements that define how your wedding looks and feels.
Yes. DreamzKrraft has worked with some of India's most recognised names across film, cricket and fashion. Our celebrity clientele has included Armaan Jain, Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare, cricketer Krunal Pandya, and film stars Lara Dutta, Preity Zinta, Pulkit Samrat and Shatrughan Sinha, as well as the Roshan family. We have also partnered with designer Manish Malhotra and actress Shabana Azmi on fashion show productions. We treat every client's privacy with the same discretion we would wish for ourselves — we do not name families without their permission and maintain strict confidentiality throughout the planning process.
DreamzKrraft is headquartered in Mumbai and has produced weddings across every major wedding destination in India — Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru and beyond. Our teams have deep relationships with the most celebrated venues in Rajasthan, including the Taj Lake Palace, Umaid Bhawan Palace and Samode Palace. We also produce weddings in heritage havelis, private farmhouses, beachfront venues and temple complexes. If you have a venue in mind, we will know it — and if you need help choosing, we will recommend based on your guest profile and the kind of world you want to build.
Yes. For weddings with a significant number of international guests, our planning team manages the full guest experience — from airport transfers and hotel room blocks to welcome kits, transport logistics and on-ground hospitality throughout the celebration. Many of our clients have families spread across the US, UK, Middle East and Southeast Asia, and coordinating that guest experience is a standard part of our planning scope. We work with preferred hospitality partners at every destination to ensure guests are looked after from the moment they land.
Every design begins from zero. We do not maintain a lookbook of standard themes that families choose from. Our process starts with a series of deep conversations about the family — their story, their aesthetic sensibilities, their rituals, the emotions they want guests to feel at each event. From that, our creative director develops a concept that is entirely specific to them. The result is a wedding that could not have been anyone else's. This approach takes longer and demands more from our team, but it is the only way to produce work that genuinely reflects a family rather than a trend.
The Wedding Atelier is DreamzKrraft's in-house design and production studio — the team and the space where the creative work for every wedding is developed and built. It brings together designers, stylists, fabricators, floral artists and production managers under one roof. When a client brief comes in, it goes to The Wedding Atelier team, who translate it into a full design language — from the overall concept and colour palette to the smallest detail of a table setting or welcome favour. It is the creative engine behind DreamzKrraft.
Multi-day, multi-venue weddings are our core expertise. The typical DreamzKrraft wedding includes a Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding and Reception — often at different venues, each requiring its own complete design treatment. Our planning team creates a master production schedule that covers every event, manages vendor and transport logistics across venues, and ensures the creative vision carries through consistently from the first event to the last. Our on-ground teams manage each venue simultaneously when required, coordinating through a single point of contact for the family.
Yes. During your initial consultation, we will share a curated selection of past work relevant to your vision — scale, aesthetic, destination and style. Our portfolio on this site reflects a cross-section of the work, and our Wedding Stories section documents individual celebrations in detail. For specific venues or destinations you are considering, we can usually show you previous work at the same location. We can also arrange for you to speak with past clients who have agreed to act as references — we are proud of the relationships we build, and happy to let those families speak for the experience.
After the initial consultation, we prepare a tailored proposal within 7–10 days. This covers the creative brief, scope of services, a preliminary budget framework and a proposed timeline. Once the proposal is agreed, we issue a planning agreement and request a retainer to formally hold your date and begin the design process. From there, your dedicated planning lead schedules regular check-ins — the frequency depends on how far out the wedding is, but most families speak with their lead at least twice a month during the active planning phase. The final production briefing and venue walkthroughs happen in the weeks before the wedding.
