Wedding trends evolve year after year, but the direction is consistent: every function and every small element is personalised, and the goal is to leave guests with a once-in-a-lifetime experience. These are the ideas we love designing around right now.
Comfort, nature and a lighter footprint
Bringing the inside out transforms an open venue into the cosy corners of home — relaxed couches, contemporary coffee tables, colourful duvets and snug throw pillows for a warm, intimate vibe. Alongside it, eco-friendly custom elements are on the rise: saplings and plants as thank-you gifts, e-invites in place of paper, and reusable décor that keeps waste to a minimum.

Overhead, a larger-than-life ceiling makes the room — a statement chandelier for grandeur, a fairy-light canopy for night functions, mirrored surfaces that turn a venue fairy-tale. And couples are moving past traditional guest books toward wishing trees, Jenga blocks, puzzle pieces and globes that later become keepsakes in their new home.
Texture, florals and the dance floor

Wooden baskets are an affordable, endlessly versatile element — mixed with florals and tassels, or built into magnificent ceiling installations. Life-size paper florals make an impact as a stand-alone attraction, photo booth or pathway, and they are reusable. A mix of pampas and pastel grasses lends a minimalist, romantic feel to arches, aisles and centrepieces.
Why walk when you can dance? Acrylic and mirror dance floors — often finished with a personal quote — have become one of our favourite ways to lift a party’s energy.
None of these trends matter on their own. Woven together around a couple’s story, they become a celebration that feels current, considered and entirely personal.
